| Details: | I contacted Mr. Millen regarding the level 1 investigation and his assumption that contaminated bottles are the reason for recent total coliform positive results. I informed him it was my belief that the most feasible reason for these from low residual chlorine concentrations, and that a level from 0.20-0.40 would be recommended to increase success in the future. I have marked the L1 as complete noting this summary. |
