| Details: | I attempted to contact the operator, professional engineer that installed the arsenic treatment system, about the arsenic exceedance (0.113 mg/l) and was unable to leave a voicemail because their mailbox was full. They did not respond to my other contact attempts during the last WQA. I emailed the operator and requested that they contact me so I can understand why the treatment is failing. I attempted to contact Matt Boley, working on their final plan approval for the arsenic treatment, and left a voicemail. I left a voicemail for the DRC as well. The last contact I had with the DRC (which was about 1-2 weeks ago) they had said that the residents are still being provided 5 gallons of bottled water everyday.
