| Details: | Called and visited with Paul to see how the deficiency corrections are going from the survey in June as they were due to be completed by November 21, 2025. Paul said he did not receive the email that Evan Hofeld sent on June 28, 2025 with the survey and deficiencies. I forwarded the email to Paul while we were on the phone and he confirmed he received the email. He agreed to work on the items and give me an update on the progress by December 21, 2025. | ||
