| Details: | I was notified by OHA DWS on 11/21 that SDWIS did not flag this alert back in October. I contacted John to follow up on the sample collection. He gave each homeowner a bottle with instruction to collect from a cold water tap in the bathroom or kitchen, so the samples are valid. I helped John with the Tier 1 Public Notice and Public Education and he had them distributed on 11/22/25. The water system is currently in the process of installing corrosion control treatment as required by an AO. | ||
