| Details: | Due to high flood levels, I contacted operator to let them know that if their well head is under water, we highly recommend their systems goes on a boil notice until a clean coliform sample is returned. If the well head is not under water than taking a coliform sample is highly recommended. This weekend the system ran out of chlorine and there was an excursion on their 4-log on 4/6/19. Well head was not under water during the flood, they will take a coliform sample. |
