Details: System has 12 consecutive months coliform sampling with no reporting violations nor coliform investigation triggers. Detailed photos of the source were sent to me on 02.20.2019 showing no significant deficiencies. I requested DMCE to return system to a quarterly coliform sampling schedule. Operator was notified. Next Coli.sample will be collected during the 3rd quarter of this year.
