| Details: | TC positive RP samples collected on 11.25.2025 12.01.2025 - I instructed the operator to complete a Level 1 Coliform investigation as soon as practical. A copy of the form was provided via email. The operator was also advised to inspect the chlorination system and ensure the chlorine pump is primed and operating proportional to flow. |
