Details: Due to high flood levels, I contacted operator to let them know that if their well head is under water, we highly recommend their systems goes on a boil notice until a clean coliform sample is returned. If the well head is not under water than taking a coliform sample is highly recommended.

Operator is already taking a coliform sample. The well head was not under water during the flooding event.
