| Details: | Rink Creek EP chemical monitoring pending 12.04.2025 - The operator reported that the required chemical samples for the Rink Creek source (SRC AA) were not collected at the Entry Point (EP) during the scheduled monitoring period of December 2024 through May 2025. Missed samples: Nitrate, SOCs, VOCs, and Rad-Uranium. Failure to collect these samples during the prescribed period may result in several violation points. Next steps: To return to compliance the system is planning to collect all the Rink Creek required chemical samples during the next monitoring period: December 2025 through May 2026. The operator anticipates remaining on the Coquille River source until the end of December 2025 and plans to switch back to SRC AA in January 2026. The missed nitrate, SOC, VOC, and Uranium samples for SRC AA will be collected once two conditions are met: 1. The system has discontinued pulling water from the Coquille River (SRC AB), and 2. The water in the storage tanks is verified to be entirely supplied by the Rink Creek source (SRC AA). |
