| Details: | Spoke with the operator regarding the TC+ result and advised them to submit the repeat water samples within 24 hours. The operator reported that Well 1 went down two weeks prior, and a backflow prevention device did not function as required. Water pressure did not drop during the incident. The operator is currently flushing the system completely before collecting the repeat samples. Update (12/10/25): Operator called and shared that the repeat tests were TC-. Operator is now in the process of installing dedicated sampling taps in water system by January 2026. |
