| Details: | Spoke with the operator regarding the TC+ result and advised them to submit the repeat water samples within 24 hours. The operator reported that Well 1 went down two weeks prior, and a backflow prevention device did not function as required. Water pressure did not drop during the incident. The operator is currently flushing the system completely before collecting the repeat samples. |
