| Details: | Admin contact sent e-mailed response to drinking water survey deficiency compliance letter stating a vendor does sampling and another vendor maintains the drinking water system as a correction for the two deficiencies: 1. No operation and maintenance manual 2. No written coliform sampling plan. I responded via e-mail that both documents were still a requirement and I provided link to Circuit Rider page as well as the template for the the coliform sampling plan. |
