| Details: | Spoke with the operator about submitting their source assessment sampling results to OHA before 12/31/2025. The operator has already collected the sample and sent it to the lab. Additionally, I spoke with the operator regarding the low residual chlorine levels (0.00 mg/L) reported for the last three quarterly samples. The operator stated that the chlorine injector line was replaced last summer and will further investigate the chlorine pump. |
