| Details: | Don called regarding the survey deficiency correction follow up. The last item in question was ensuring the storage tank(s) were screened and no animal intrusion was incurring. It was noted during the survey that there appeared to be excrement along the inside ledge when the access door was opened. Don stated that during the storage drain out procedure in June, that the overflow was opened to drain the tank and not closed till the next morning. This then left the pipe open and vulnerable to any animals crawling in. There were 2 frogs found and it was determined to be frog excrement. The system is taking new measures to ensure this will not happen in the future. New screening will be placed over the overflow during this process. |
