| Details: | I contacted Ms. Brandi Prunty over the phone today to inquire about the status of the Pigeon Point water system. The information on SDWIS shows that the system has been active sin June 10, 2014. Since then no coliform samples have been reported. Ms. Prunty stated that she is not sure how she ended up being the contact person for this water system. She believes it may have been part of the decision taken during a meeting back in August, 2013 that was held between the Public Utility Commission (PUC), Oregon Water Services and community representatives of Pigeon Point Estates. On 04.12.19 Ms. Prunty emailed me the following documents, A site map of the complete system, A site map of the distribution system, Pigeon Point water system project description dated February, 1990. PUC recommendations dated August 13, 2013 A copy of a letter sent to the Brandi Prunty dated December 1, 2017 A copy of a Less Than Statutory Notice Application Dated 9/29/2015 and A PUC order to discontinue service dated Dec 01, 2015. I printed and filed the documents listed above in the water systems file cabinet. I will contact the DWS office to discuss the status of this system. |
