| Details: | Spoke with the operator regarding the routine TC+ result. Operator has already taken the repeat samples: 1 at the source, 1 at the trigger site, 1 upstream, and 1 downstream (4 total samples). Operator will update NCPHD of the repeat results as soon as they come in. Update 12/16/25: Repeat samples were TC+. Operator was advised to conduct a Level 1 Coliform Investigation and to take 3 routine samples within the month (12/10/25 - 01/10/26). Operator has already shock chlorinated the system. Update 12/17/25: Operator sent in the Level 1 Coliform Investigation report to NCPHD. The report has been summarized and forwarded to compliance. |
