| Details: | Received a water quality complaint around confusing messaging regarding the partial system boil water advisory City of Gates issued 12/4 for a planned water mainline replacement project that would lead to a loss of pressure. Followed up with the operator, Greg who informed me the coliform results came back negative, and they have notified affected customers about the lifted boil water notice. No further actions needed. | ||
