| Details: | CCTX received plan review approval on April 26, 2025. To date, the system has completed only one post-implementation L&C demonstration round on July 31, 2025. The system must provide any available WQP data from July 2025 and conduct an additional six-month L&C demonstration round, with corresponding WQP monitoring, between January 1 and June 30, 2026. Following evaluation of these data and confirmation of CCTX optimization, a minimum pH will be established. | ||
