| Details: | Called and left a voicemail for the operator regarding the coliform source assessment positive results. A follow up email was also sent to the operator. Update 1/6/26: Talked with the operator regarding the source assessment TC+. No further action is required at this time. We also discussed the importance of maintaining proper residual chlorine levels and chemical records. The operator recorded a residual chlorine concentration of 0.1 mg/L last week (week of December 28, 2025 - Jan 3, 2026) and is working with a representative from Oregon Association of Water Utilities (OAWU) to troubleshoot the residual chlorine levels. |
