| Details: | Conducted a site visit to discuss Survey Deficiency corrections. Employee on site, Michael, reported that the previous owners (the Paulsons) had sold the business and building to new ownership earlier this year, sometime prior to October 31st. New ownership has ceased all activities on site other than fuel sales and fuel service. Employee reported that the new owners intend to remodel the building and to open a new convenience store that will involve food activities including coffee, soda, ice, and food service to the public. Contact information was given to the employee to pass to the new owners to begin discussions about public drinking water activities, testing requirements, activation and previous deficiency corrections. |
