| Details: | I spoke with the DRC about arsenic detection of .032 & .031 mg/l. The system serves a nursery. There is another farm owned by the nursery located on 32075 S. Barlow Rd. That is why there are two sample results. This second farm is located about 5 miles south of the main farm & might be another PWS. I let him know that they are on a quarterly schedule for arsenic. The mcl for arsenic is determined by a running annual average. If they are determined to be in violation of the mcl, treatment will be required. Any treatment will need plan review approval. He indicated that he would start investigating treatment options. We scheduled a survey on May 2nd for the main nursery & will determine the status of the other field. | ||
