| Details: | I e-mailed the operator to be sure he knew Nitrate Sampling due before end of year to return to compliance. He said it has been done and will forward results. He sent coliform sample results that are already uploaded (October 2025). We reviewed OVS status and criteria of 4 connections. I let him know as of January 2026, OHA would be his regulator and I would provide his e-mail for smooth transition of regulation. | ||
