| Details: | Repeat coliform samples were positive. Source sample was coliform positive Next steps operator to take three repeat coliform samples in distribution between January 1st, 2026 -January 31st,2026. Level I investigation was generated. Operator was informed that they needed to fill out the form and submit it back to me (Douglas County) Operator stated that they thought the samples came back dirty because it was raining and they could have been contaminated. Operator was told to shock the system and clear the lines. |
