| Details: | I sent an email to the BLM operator regarding the recent violation that was posted for not submitting a Level 1 investigation. This was required because repeat samples were not submitted after the October 2 TC+ routine sample. There is also a violation for not submitting a source sample following the October 2, 2025 TC+ routine sample. I provided a link to the violation summary. I also reminded the operator that the annual nitrate sample is due by the end of the month. I provided the chemical schedule link. This was during the federal shutdown and BLM staff were unable to perform their duties. There is a public notice required by January 20, 2026 but the campground is closed. I provided the template and a link to the public notice. |
