| Details: | Sent voicemail and email to PWS contact, informing them that the routine sample collected 12/15/25 was total coliform positive. The following repeat and triggered samples are required as soon as possible: - 1 triggered sample to be taken from the well - 3 repeat samples within 24 hrs from the distribution system. One to be collected at hydrant #32, and two from elsewhere close by in the distribution system. 12/19/25 - The hydrant #32 repeat sample and triggered sample collected 12/17/25 were positive, other repeat samples were negative. DWS instructed operator to collect three additional repeat samples, and provided guidance on completing the required L1 coliform investigation. |
