| Details: | DWS contacted Zellers Riverside Bar & Grill due to a series of missing water quality samples, resulting in PNC status. No annual nitrate or source assessment samples were collected in 2024, and monthly coliform sampling was missed August - November 2025. Adina Zeller indicated that Lisa Reed, a small system operator of Salmon River RV park, collects the water quality samples for Zellers Riverside Bar & Grill. DWS spoke with Lisa and made a plan for collecting the December routine coliform, and annual nitrate and source assessment samples. Adina and Lisa plan to start using Waterlab Corporation in Salem for analytical testing in January for on-going compliance monitoring. |
