| Details: | The water system collected three routine coliform samples on 12/10/25 and one came back present for total coliform. Three repeat samples and a triggered source sample from each well are needed. These samples were collected on 12/15/25. One of the repeat samples was positive for total coliform (same location as the routine and has also had a few detections historically). A level 1 investigation is likely triggered, and the water system will need to fill out the Level 1 form. Three routine samples will be needed in January. Further action may be needed depending on the results. | ||
