| Details: | I attempted to contact Mr. Millen regarding the total coliform positive sample taken December 16, 2025, but received voicemail in which I left a message. I described the repeat process including locations for 3 "repeats" and the "triggered" at the well. Also pointed out the question of what could have caused this result while showing a 0.20 residual chlorine concentration. Asked him to contact me via cell phone with any questions. |
