| Details: | Today phone contact was attempted with operator. A detailed voicemail was left indicating the facility had an assessment sample that came back TC positive. This seems to be an annual occurrence. Discussed shock treatment and proper maintenance of the UV system. Also discussed previous TC results for which there was no logged contact. |
