| Details: | All 4 repeat/triggered samples E.coli+ following 12/16/2025 routine positive for E.coli. Spoke with Operator Eric and he will disseminate Boil Water PN this afternoon via emails through the 3 HOAs and signs on mail kiosks. We also alerted licensed facilities through Deschutes County and ODA. Eric discovered a large gap in the concrete riser of the reservoir which is likely cause of contamination. He will physically inspect interior, repair gap and chlorinate system. He also needs to take a triggered raw water sample from the well as the original "triggered" was actually post reservoir. Boil water to stay in place until unchlorinated follow up samples are absent for bacteria. | ||
