| Details: | phone call made and message left re sample showing coliform present, then the following email is sent: Hi Amanda, Coliform was found in a sample submitted earlier this week for Coquille River RV. This is the follow-up sampling protocol: SUBMIT THE FIRST FOUR SAMPLES MONDAY 12/22 and avoid business hours problems that happen with holidays. • Use the same sample tap used earlier this week (#5) and mark lab paperwork as a REPEAT sample. • Go downstream from #5 a few sites and collect another sample and mark lab paperwork as a REPEAT sample • Go upstream from #5 a few sites and collect another sample and mark lab paperwork as a REPEAT sample. • Go into the well shed and collect a sample from the faucet nearest the wellhead. This is before sand filters or any other treatment to the water. Mark the lab paperwork TRIGGERED SOURCE sampl Please communicate with me if any of the 4 samples described above show coliform present. If they all come back “clean” continue to the last bullet. • Use #5 as a sample site again plus two more sites at opposite ends of the water system where available to campers for use. Mark the lab paperwork TEMPORARY ROUTINE sample. |
