| Details: | On Friday afternoon (12/19/25) Amanda called reporting she had already collected follow up sample as prompted by her lab AND actually 2 REPEAT samples showed presence of coliform. We talked about principles to look for any symptoms hinting of contamination to the water system, to address or consult regarding any problems found AND then use chlorine to shock the system AND then waste the chlorinated water AND THEN operate several days before collecting any of the three TEMPORARY ROUTINE samples due in January. On Monday 12/22/25 a link to the Level 1, Coliform Investigation form and instructions to complete the form and return the completed form to me at CHW. |
