| Details: | On Monday, Dec 22nd, I received a call from Mr. Bernard about the total coliform-positive routine sample taken from the distribution system at the sample site, Bar sink, on Dec 22, 2025. I advised him to collect three repeat samples within 24 hours per his coliform sample plan— one sample site must be from the same site as the routine sample site—and to take a triggered source sample from the well. | ||
