| Details: | On Thursday, Dec 4th, I called Mr. Smolich about the total coliform-positive routine sample taken on Dec. 2, 2025. I advised him to collect three repeat samples within 24 hours per his coliform sample plan— one sample site must be from the same site as the routine sample site—and to take a triggered source sample from the well. | ||
