| Details: | AVION WC - GREATER AVION informed DWS that a routine sample collected on 12/22/2025 was total coliform positive (E. coli negative). The water system collected three repeat samples in the distribution system and triggered source samples from the wells that were in use (SRC-AB, and SRC-HA). Update 12/24: Three repeats and one triggered source sample were total coliform positive and E. coli negative. System has been advised to conduct a level 1 coliform investigation and that no additional coliform monitoring is required in December. Beyond the coliform investigation, no other action is required at this time. |
