| Details: | I spoke with Mr. Henderson about the lack of assessment monitoring for the water system and lack of communication from the operator. Mr. Henderson stated the operator (Mr. Yoder) has been in contact with individuals regarding construction of a new spring or springbox. Regardless of construction, the requirement for a year of monthly assessment monitoring has been in place since August 2015 and only a couple samples have been reported. I stated that if the new source will be brought into service before the end of May 2019 (replacing the existing spring), then I think we can avoid a formal compliance schedule but if it will take longer than that, a formal schedule will need to be in place whereby BSA agrees to complete construction, plan review and any associated monitoring by the end of the summer. I stated I would contact Mr. Henderson in mid-May if I haven't heard anything prior to that date. | ||
