| Details: | I received an alert for a total coliform positive source assessment sample taken 12/23/25 from the well for UR Journeys (95660) water system. As no further action is required, I followed up with an email to Torrii Rogers lettering her know about the results and that no further action is needed. I recommended that if there were unusual circumstances that may have possibly caused contamination with all the storms, then they should consider taking another source sample, sample in the distribution system, and double check that the UV lamp is operating. I also included a troubleshooting checklist to help identify any potential pathways of contamination. | ||
