| Details: | 12.30.2025 - I contacted Dep over the phone. She reported that the system collected an AS sample on Dec 09, 2025. She also reported that the chemicals samples due by the end of 2025 have also been collected. Deb was reminded that the system has to work on their 2025 CCR. 12.29.2025 - The operator emailed back informing that they are looking into this issue. 12.23.2025 - I emailed the operator inquiring about their 2025 CCR. Data Online shows that the system has not submitted a copy of their 2025 CCR. |
