| Details: | I contacted Ms. Collahan this morning regarding the Feb. 2019 violation for missed coliform sample and updating deficiencies. Ms. Collahan has recently taken over this system and is near completion of the outstanding deficiencies. I am requesting the final deficiency due date change for this system be June 7, 2019. |
