| Details: | NCPHD received a call from Susan, a member of the water system’s board of directors. Susan informed me that the DRC has been let go and is no longer employed with the country club. I brought Susan up to speed on how coliform and chemical monitoring works, what the water surveys entail and their frequency, and the need for her to designate another DRC. A follow up email with additional information was sent to Susan along with the DRC Designation form. Update (1/7/2026): Susan reached out to NCPHD (email) regarding how to comply with the sampling requirements, where and how to collect coliform samples. A detailed follow up email was sent to Susan outlining the sampling procedure, historical sampling location, and was given the Oregon Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program lab search tool to identify a suitable water lab. |
