| Details: | Phone call with Doug regarding recent arsenic sample result of more than twice the MCL. System has 10 homes, 4 of which have POU filters, and 1 uses bottled water. The other homes are not interested in treatment. I emailed Doug another copy of the acute arsenic public notice and copy of the Arsenic and Drinking Water handout. Doug will provide each home a copy and send a copy of the PN to DWS. I recommended that the homes with treatment have samples collected quarterly, but at least once a year to make sure treatment is working. Doug just collected a sample from his home (after treatment) and is awaiting test results from the lab. He will work with the other homes on treatment to possibly collect samples next year. | ||
