| Details: | Operator emailed a copy of the form used to record chlorine levels in the distribution. The operator also reports that today they finished the potable water to the fish station. As far as the cross connection, none exist. Both storage tanks are for potable water. The operator proved this through testing the systems. One system was shut down one at a time and got no flow from the other system. Operator was reminded to measure chlorine levels in the distribution system at least twice a week. |
