| Details: | I texted (and emailed) Diana on 12/15/25. The routine coliform sample collected on 12/10/25 was positive for total coliform. Three repeat samples and triggered source samples from each active well are due by 12/21/25. The follow up samples were not collected within the required timeframe. As of 1/2/26, the results from the samples have not been noted. A level 1 investigation form is to be filled out and submitted by Jan 24, 2026. An electronic copy of the form was sent to both the owner and Diana. | ||
