| Details: | Spoke with Chuck Michael and system needed 5 confirmation samples from the well in response to positive E.coli. See Contact reports from 12/18 and 12/21. Triggered sample was not actually from the well but from pumphouse post reservoir because Eric could not get a sample from well as it was being worked on. This sample was incorrectly labeled as a triggered, triggering the 5 confirmation samples. Spoke with operator Eric and he took 5 confirmation samples 1/2/2026 and all absent. Will schedule a level 2 investigation asap. | ||
