| Details: | Mr. Price contacted our office following receiving a 'violation' post-card, regarding lead and copper sampling in 2025. Mr. Price reported that sampling had been completed in July, 2025. After checking the online database, we noted that no chemical test results (of any kind) were appearing from 2025. This is also contrary to Mr. Price's recollection of 2025. We contacted the OHA data management folks. They confirmed that they had not received any test results and that they were not aware of any software issues. We contacted Mr. Price and advised that they contact their laboratories and have all of their chemical results re-submitted. |
