Details: Received an e-mail from Dan Vaage detailing methods to Mary Le for addressing each deficiency. I sent additional information with regards to the Small Water System Guide and set a deadline of 5/17/2019 for the submission of a Corrective Action Plan with dates by which they believe each deficiency can be corrected. ACTION REQUIRED: Operator must submit Corrective Action Plan by 5/17/2019.
