| Details: | I received an alert at 4 pm Monday (1-5-26, a day I was out of the office) which showed a total coliform positive sample result for a sample taken Jan 2, 2026, in the distribution system at the 177 Prospect Sink sample site. Heath Cokely with OAWU had also left a VM at 11:55 AM on Monday to clarify repeat sampling requirements. I sent an email at 7:30 am on 1-6-26 to take 3 repeat samples if they had not already done so. I called Heath and Jon just before 5 pm on 1/6/26 to get an update. Since they had not heard from the lab, I then called the lab to learn that the repeat results were all absent of coliform bacteria. I called Jon and Heath back to let them know the results. No further action needed at this time. | ||
