| Details: | I called and spoke with the operator regarding the coliform monitoring schedule change from quarterly to monthly. We also discussed the requirements to return to quarterly sampling, which will require a 12 month period with no coliform investigations, a recent site visit to ensure no sanitary defects, and demonstrate that the source is protected. |
