| Details: | Sue with ALG lab has corrected the arsenic sample from a non-PWS as it was reported on the chain of custody to be for the PWS so it is reported following the arsenic system at Tipsy Duck being serviced and placed back in use as the system prepares to reopen the restaurant soon. This system also has old compliance schedules that need to close. The system has collected an arsenic sample, nitrate, and coliform with all samples under MCLs. The system history was investigated to determine if they need to go through plan review, it was determined from RLID property information that the building was originally built in 1940 and thus was ly a water system prior to 1980 and does not need to go through plan review. | ||
