| Details: | Phone call with Michelle regarding nitrate sample of 10.5 ppm in November. A follow up nitrate sample was collected, and she will ask the lab to forward results to DMCE. I emailed a copy of the nitrate public notice to be filled out and returned. The childcare is licensed for up to 16 children, but currently only has 5 children and all are school age- the youngest is 5 years old. The POU RO filter is at the kitchen sink and bottled water is provided for drinking water. Children have access to non-treated water in the bathroom for washing hands. | ||
