| Details: | Spoke in person to Steve Schroeder regarding Violations showing for missed samples in state data (causing gross score). Steve showed a pile of results recently received collected in November and also stated he had more on hand from a few weeks previous. Suggestions (1) bring hard copies of results to CHW and I can scan and submit to state (returning original docs immediate to Steve) or (2) Call the testing lab and request submitting data to state again. |
